Fitness Studio - Fit with muscle power
Our spacious fitness studio offers space on 70m² modern training equipment from LifeFitness and gym80 for all tastes and demands of a modern, healthy and effective whole body workout.
A highlight in our studio is the "Power Plate". An innovation in the fitness equipment that promises very little time to be highly effective.
Upon request we offer you professional guidance to by trained instructors. If interested, do not hesitate to contact us, we will advise you what type of training is advisable for your needs.
SPA - Water is the life force of all
... and that is why you use this primordial force for your convenience: Our 350m² SPA area invites you to enjoyable relaxing and swimming in the large indoor pool with lounge area, direct access to the garden and sun terrace overlooking the mountains or relax in the sauna area.
'Small but beautiful!' is the motto here. Our carefully designed wellness area offers a sauna, steam room and shower grotto. Here you will find the peace, to strip away the stress of everyday life completely.
You can also use the solarium (surcharge).
